For business owners looking for higher ROI
Specifically: time, money, oomph and a sense of fulfilment
How it works
I work with big, small and new businesses across Australia and Southern Africa. I build better profit margins for them by designing business solutions around the human centric resources [AKA time, money, oomph, fulfilment and satisfaction], intrinsic motivations and goals specific to each client or project.
I call it the HumanCentrix Approach, and it can boils down to three things:
Step 1: MoneyMapping: what can the financials tell us about the past and the future as things stand right now?
Step 2: Journey Mapping: visually laying out who needs to navigate through what, where, when, how and why
Step 3: Action Planning: your Big Hairy Audacious Goal translated into an achievable and chunked out pathway to success complete with milestones, metrics of success and check in’s locked into the calendar.
Services

Built for the the business owner who is ready to feel less stress and enjoy more success [because they know their systems and processes are refined and working for them, not against them], all of the HumanCentrix services can be adapted to suit the needs of your business in which ever phase of evolution you’re in right now; new, small, big or growing.

Run out of oomph, feel like you have no time and the figures aren’t where you want them?
Hello, I’m Tracey, the human behind HumanCentrix
Imagine if people got to do the thing they loved in the way that worked best for their body, brain and lifestyle? Imagine if they could do this full tim, earning them enough money, time and oomph to sustain their capacity for joy and passion so they could pursue their curiosities and keep doing what they love? Without it costing them the earth, an arm and a leg and every spare minute of time or peaceful mental space?
These were the questions that sparked the first iteration of HumanCentrix. After providing business support and advisory to startups, new, small, big and growing businesses across Western Australia and Southern Africa, I managed to finetune a loose enough process that would be adaptable to any business, project, problem or idea that would get them over the line with a surplus of the important resources, the human centric ones: time, oomph, a sense of fulfillment and money.
I hold a degree in Marketing and the media, have over ten years of experience in business advisory and development, helped create Botswana’s first door to door delivery, multi-vendor e-commerce platform and am a global schnacktivist.
I’m in the business of happy, healthy, human centric profit, I help humans learn how to manage their human centric resources and implement better business design so they can maximise their human centric profits.

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
